Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our creative team. As the ideal candidate, you should have a passion for creating innovative and effective social media campaigns that engage and inspire our target audience: Gen Z. The ideal candidate will have proven experience using social media to build brands, generate organic engagement, grow communities, and drive customer advocacy and awareness.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute social media strategies for all engagements under The Dropout Companies
-Manage and maintain the social media presence of The Dropout Companies on various platforms including Tiktok, Instagram, etc.Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the brand’s goals and resonate with our target audience
-Monitor social media platforms and engage with the brand’s audience in a timely and authentic manner
-Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to the team on how to improve and optimize future campaigns

-2+ years previous experience in social media marketing

Creative lead
Youth Logic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Creative Lead to help collaborate with our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and effective campaigns that engage and inspire our target audience: Gen Z. You'll be working closely with our clients to provide them with the latest research and insights on Gen Z, and help them create campaigns that truly resonate with this demographic.
We’re looking for a high-level strategic forward thinker with the utmost ability to take a need, develop an idea and be the driver behind a winning solution. You need to be a proactive collaborator with the ability to wear many hats and understand the true meaning of creative agility, always ready to push for the right reasons and not be afraid to miss the mark while trying something new and different.
The Creative Lead will function as the main liaison for creative projects to ensure on-time final delivery of all assets upon approval.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute creative strategies and campaigns for a variety of platforms and channels, including social media, email, and the web.
-Direct the creative function so that the environment, culture, team, capabilities, tools, processes, expectations, work style and other elements support our strategic goals.
-Lead creative strategy brainstorming sessions and research professional development opportunities for the team.
-Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is delivering cutting-edge work.
-Highly motivated self-starter who is able to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a team environment.
-Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once, while paying strict attention to detail.
-Ensure all campaigns are consistent with the Youth Logic brand and voice.
Preferred Qualifications
-2+ years previous experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
-Possess strong creative skills and strategic vision to turn briefs or project requests into impactful creative solutions.

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Role Overview
In this role, the Account Manager will support our clients and demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-based environment and a passion for creativity and youth culture. You will be responsible for day-to-day deliverables including client relations, creative storytelling, news tracking and analysis and reporting. You will demonstrate a spirit of innovation, intellectual curiosity, and an action-oriented approach in your work.
Responsibilities & Key Competencies Include:
-Client Relations Serves as daily client contact, working to develop a strong partnership rooted in open dialogue, mutual understanding, and respect.
-Becomes an expert on the client business, products, competitive set, and priorities.
-Effectively presents the agency’s recommendations and point-of-view to clients with excellenceAbility to work amongst an integrated team as the earned lead, including creative, digital and influencer.
-Ability to recognize client needs and opportunities and identify/offer an agency solution.
-Contributes to brand/program strategy to achieve client and program goals, most specifically in support of earned media relations.
-Oversees quality and operational performance of accounts, developing and managing clear program timelines.
-Demonstrates proficiency in writing skills to craft internal and client correspondence, communications plans, press materials, client presentations, etc. as well as successfully present POVs and work to gain internal and client alignment.
-Loves to stay on top of culture, and is constantly consuming news and social media to predict trends and use those to inform the work.

Basic Qualifications:

Gen Z copywriter
Everyone thinks they have good ideas. Not everyone can express those ideas in a meaningful and compelling way. Fewer still can do it in a way that inspires others to take action. If you can do this using unexpected and engaging combinations of words and ideas, throw your hat into the ring for our Gen Z Copywriter position.
Role Overview
YouthLogic is a full service Gen Z innovation and marketing agency reinventing the ways brands engage with youth culture. We need a conceptual Copywriter who not only comes up with outstanding ideas but can execute those ideas through creative, concise, compelling copy. Someone who knows how to think outside the box and distill insights into ideas that move the needle for our clients.
Working closely with our marketing and creative team, you will assist in prioritizing projects by adhering to deadlines and meeting deliverables in accordance with our established workflow.
Responsibilities & Key Competencies Include:
-Creating copy across all mediums including articles, social media, websites, emails, etc.
-Be a source of big, innovative ideas offering feedback and suggestions to optimize final copy for clients or digital customer experiences
-Proof all complete copy daily
-Coordinate and communicate effectively on the status of product copy
-Revise copy in response to feedback from clients and other business partners
-Familiarity with SEO and tagging best practices on social platforms
-Understanding of effective writing and editing skills on social platforms
-Good understanding of branding, marketing, and user experience
-Create memorable conversations between brands and people
-Self-starter who excels under pressure and welcomes constructive feedback
